Registering for an account
Want to get started on a Portal right away? Let's go through some tips to start your onboarding.

Create an account

On our Portal, click Sign up in the upper right corner of the navigation bar to get started with your registration.
You'll be send to a page where you can start your registration. Fill in the requested details (make sure to choose a good password) and hit Create Account.

Confirming your email address

One you've clicked Create Account and our system has done its work, you'll be sent to the following screen:
At the same time an email will be sent to you on the address you used to register. Registration confirmations should normally arrive within 10 minutes. If you don't receive it check your spam folder or click 'Resend confirmation email' to send it again.
The email will have a 'Confirm your email' button, click that or if you're unable to do so copy the link from the footer of the email into your browser's address bar.

One you click the button in the email or copy the link in your browser's address bar you'll be sent to the following page. Be aware the link in the email is valid for 1 day, if the link has expired you'll be asked to resend the confirmation email and will have to use that new link to confirm your account.
